विद्यालयको आफ्नै पहल, सरोकारवालाहरू सँगको सहकार्य एवम् समन्वयबाट शिक्षण सिकाइमा सुधार ल्याउनु विद्यालयको मुख्य उद्देश्य हो । विद्यालय सुधारमा योजना निर्माण, कार्यान्वयन र समीक्षामा विव्यसको भूमिका निर्णायक रहन्छ । विद्यालयमा योजनाको निर्माण र यसको प्रभावकारी कार्यान्वयनबाट मात्र विद्यालयको उद्देश्य पूरा हुन्छ । प्रधानाध्यापक, शिक्षक, विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समिति र शिक्षक अभिभावक संघले योजना कार्यान्वयनको अवधिमा नियमित रूपमा अनुगमन एवम् समीक्षा गरी आवश्यकता अनुसार परिमार्जन गर्दै जानुपर्दछ । विद्यालयको ऐतिहासिक, शैक्षिक, भौतिक, आर्थिक तथ्यांक अद्यावधिक हुनु जरुरी छ । विद्यालयमा योजना कार्यान्वयनका लागि आवश्यक स्रोतको व्यवस्थापन गर्ने प्रमुख जिम्मेवारी विद्यालय स्वयम्को हुनेछ । यसका लागि हामी सबै एकजुट हुनु आजको आवश्यकता हो । विद्यालयको विकासमा सबै अभिभावक, शिक्षक एवम् सरोकारवाला सबैलाई हातेमालो गर्न अनुरोध गर्दै विद्यालयको उत्तरोत्तर प्रगतिको कामना गर्दछु । धन्यवाद ।
The main objective of the school is to improve teaching and learning through its own initiatives, cooperation, and coordination with stakeholders. In school improvement, the role of the Village Development Committee (VDC) in planning, implementation, and review is decisive. The school’s objectives can only be achieved through effective planning and implementation. During the implementation phase, the principal, teachers, the School Management Committee, and the Teachers–Parents Association must regularly monitor, review, and revise as needed. It is essential to update the school’s historical, educational, physical, and financial records. The primary responsibility for managing the necessary resources for plan implementation lies with the school itself. For this, unity among all is the need of the day. Therefore, the school requests the cooperation of all parents, teachers, and stakeholders in its development and wishes for the school’s continuous progress. Thank you
