विद्यालयमा शैक्षिक गुणस्तर सुधारका लागि राम्रो विद्यालय (Better school), राम्रो शिक्षण (Better teaching) र राम्रो सिकाइ (Better learning), को सुनिश्चितता प्रदान गर्नु हामी सबैको दायित्व हो । विद्यालयमा शैक्षिक गुणस्तर सुधारका लागि विद्यालयलाई सहयोग गर्नु सम्पूर्ण शिक्षक, विद्यार्थी र अभिभावकको जिम्मेवारी समेत हो । विद्यालय सेवाक्षेत्रभित्र बसोबास गर्ने हामी सबै विद्यालयको शैक्षिक गुणस्तर सुधारमा केन्द्रित रहनुपर्दछ । विद्यालयको मुख्य ध्येय विद्यालयको समग्र पक्षको सुधार मार्फत शैक्षिक गुणस्तर अभिवृद्धि गर्नु हो । विद्यालय एक सानो समाज समेत हो । समाजको प्रभाव विद्यालयमा र विद्यालयको प्रभाव समाजमा पर्ने गर्दछ । अभिभावक, समाजसेवी, शिक्षाप्रेमी, विद्यार्थी, शिक्षकलगायतका सरोकारवालाहरूको सक्रिय सहभागिताको प्रवद्र्धन, गतिशील संलग्नता र अपनत्व वृद्धि हुने गरी हामी सबै लागि पर्नु पर्दछ । विद्यालय समुदायको महत्वपूर्ण सम्पत्ति भएकाले समुदायको सहयोगबाट मात्र यसको अपेक्षित विकास सम्भव छ भन्ने व्यावहारिक सिद्धान्तलाई हाम्रो विद्यालयले आत्मसात् गरेको छ । त्यसैले विद्यालयलाई प्राप्त हुने सबै स्रोतको पारदर्शी उपयोग हाम्रो साझा दायित्व हो।
Ensuring better schools, better teaching, and better learning for the improvement of educational quality is the responsibility of all of us. Supporting the school in enhancing educational standards is equally the duty of teachers, students, and parents. All of us living within the school’s service area must remain focused on improving its educational quality. The main goal of the school is to enhance educational standards through overall institutional development. A school is also a small society, where the influence of society affects the school and the school, in turn, influences society. Therefore, active participation, dynamic involvement, and a sense of belonging among parents, social workers, education enthusiasts, students, teachers, and stakeholders must be promoted. As the school is an important asset of the community, its expected development is possible only through community support. Hence, transparent utilization of all available resources is our collective responsibility.
